Mistakes International Students Make.

Stop! stop! stop this mistakes please. International students i want you to know that the only people that understand what you are going through are your fellow international students. I know that we are drawn to US citizens and green card holders and we think we can turn to them for advice about our situation. Well sorry to burst your bubble. you are never gonna get anything from them because they do not understand you. They do not know what it means to be an international students. In fact, they do not know what J1 or f1 or any other student visa means. In a way you cannot blame them. By the same token, this is so typical because you don't give out what you don't have. On the other hand, some of them will not want to help you. They will rather make you feel like a second class citizen than help you out. Save yourself the headaches by seeking help from those international students that have gone through the difficult system and made it. With them you might be surprise to know that some opportunities are obtainable anyway. Just my kindly advice.
